The service

We check Apple’s online-store pickup availability for the iPhones and stores you choose and notify you when they show as available. We can’t guarantee availability, that a reservation will succeed, or that every change is caught. We’re not affiliated with Apple Inc.

Plans and billing

Plans are sold and billed monthly by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, with no contract. Dodo Payments handles payment, sales tax and invoices. Upgrades take effect right away and you pay the prorated difference. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What we collect

Your email address, the iPhones and stores you pick, your ZIP code, your browsers’ push subscriptions, and the alerts we send. Payment and billing details are held by Dodo Payments. To list nearby stores we may use the rough location your connection suggests; we don’t keep it.

Who we share it with

Dodo Payments (merchant of record) for payments and invoices; your browser’s push service (Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft) to deliver notifications, which only sees an encrypted message; Cloudflare to host the service and block bots; and our email provider to send email.

Your choices

You can delete your account from your account page at any time, which removes your data except billing records Dodo Payments must keep. Contact us to ask for a copy of your data or a correction.
